CrownLens is a mobile application provided by Westforge Holdings Inc. CrownLens helps users review wig and hair-extension photos by generating a visual quality risk report. This Privacy Policy explains how CrownLens collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app.

• Photos or images you choose to upload for wig or hair quality analysis.
• Product details or seller claims you type into the app, such as hair type, density, length, lace type, price, or seller description.
• Payment confirmation details needed to unlock a paid report, such as payment status, transaction/session reference, and purchase confirmation.

• Verify whether a report has been paid for and unlocked.
• Prevent misuse, duplicate use of a single paid report, or fraud.

3. Photo and Report Processing

When you upload photos or product details, CrownLens may send that information to secure backend services and analysis providers in order to generate a report. CrownLens does not use photos to identify a person. Users should avoid uploading personal documents, government IDs, private messages, or unrelated personal information.

4. Payments

CrownLens may offer paid reports. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. CrownLens does not store full credit card numbers or bank account numbers. We may receive payment status, transaction/session references, and purchase confirmation details so the app can unlock the report.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate CrownLens, such as cloud hosting providers, analysis providers, payment providers, security services, or customer support tools. These providers are used only to help deliver the app and its services.
